Corvus Works at the “Business meets Hanse Sail” in Rostock

On 9 and 10 August 2024, our CTO, Daniel Klembt, took part in the renowned business meeting ‘Business meets Hanse Sail’ in Rostock. This event, which took place as part of the 20th Hanse Sail, brought together national and international decision-makers from business, research and politics. The Hanse Sail in Rostock is the largest maritime festival in Mecklenburg (Germany) and one of the largest in Europe.

The business meeting, which was organised by the Gesellschaft für Wirtschafts- und Technologieförderung Rostock mbH together with the Lord Mayor of the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock, provided an excellent opportunity to present Rostock and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern as a business location in a unique maritime setting. The discussion about the challenges and opportunities presented by the transformation of the region's economy was particularly impressive.

In addition to the intensive exchange and networking at the highest level, the event was rounded off with a sailing trip on traditional sailing ships, which perfectly emphasised the special atmosphere of the Hanse Sail.
